Overview

The Manager, Unified Communications will lead the organization’s unified communications strategy, implementation, and operations, overseeing a team responsible for managing platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, with 3-5 years in unified communications.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco CUCM.
• Experience managing Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Proven track record in telephony migrations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud telephony solutions.
• Leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Project management experience.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
