Overview

The Manager, Unified Communications will lead the organization’s unified communications strategy, implementation, and operations, overseeing a team responsible for managing critical platforms and ensuring seamless communication services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, with 3-5 years in unified communications.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and OneDrive.
• Proven experience in telephony migrations to cloud solutions.
• 3+ years managing a technical team.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Project management experience.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
