Technical Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are currently looking for a Technical Operations Analyst for a great opportunity in a company that participates in a wide variety of marketplaces including global futures, equities, commodities, options, fixed income, and cryptocurrencies. This position is 100% Remote.

In Short

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of trading systems.
• Develop automation tools to streamline operational processes.
• Triage, prioritize, and troubleshoot complex network and systems issues.
• Work with development to improve operational stability.
• Coordinate and execute firm-wide changes.
• Understand and account for stakeholder needs.
• Provide on-call coverage in a team rotation.
• Support other key initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical area.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Python development.
• Self-motivated with a passion for solving complex problems.
• Proficient in Linux.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Ability to build trust with trading and technology.
