UKG Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UKG Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be UKG certified and possess a thorough understanding of complex WFM environments including UKG Pro WFM implementation concepts. This is a mostly remote position with occasional on-site visits to Chicago, Illinois.

Requirements

• 10+ years consulting experience.
• 7 - 10 years UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience.
• A related bachelor’s degree.
• Certification in UKG Pro WFM is necessary.
• Other UKG Certifications are a plus.
• Experience leading business process design.
• Experience leading client discussions.
• Knowledge of UKG integrations and reporting.
• Understanding of the end-to-end implementation life cycle.
• Strong leadership skills.
