The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HR modules and extensive experience in leading HR business processes. This fully remote role involves overseeing HR processes, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HR solutions.

• Lead and manage HR business processes for North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or IT.
• 7+ years of HR business process management experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HR solutions.
• Proficiency in HR data analysis and process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred: Experience with other Oracle Cloud applications.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Preferred: Certification in Oracle Cloud HR technologies.
