Manager, Professional Learning - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Manager of Professional Learning to join our Professional Learning Services team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Customer Experience, you will lead and coach a high-performing team of Professional Learning Managers to deliver best-in-class professional learning.

In Short

• Manage a team of Professional Learning Managers (PLMs).
• Design innovative professional learning content.
• Deliver high-quality professional learning sessions.
• Oversee the Partner Program for customer experience.
• Implement adult learning best practices.
• Evaluate effectiveness of professional development resources.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and sales teams.
• Source and onboard educational partners and consultants.
• Adjust content based on educator feedback and data.
• Travel up to 30% of the time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional learning or educational leadership.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and G-Suite.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Master's degree in education is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new educational features.
• Experience in instructional design.
• Ability to evaluate and improve learning resources.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
