Senior Philanthropy Officer (Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

This role involves working to end the global housing crisis by helping families in emerging markets buy land and own their homes. The Senior Philanthropy Officer will focus on cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and securing funding to support the organization's mission.

In Short

• Raise $1.5M in total annual revenue from US-based donors.
• Cultivate a Builders portfolio of 10 existing donors.
• Close 8 Builder opportunities from new or lapsed donors.
• Generate new prospects through lead generation activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to support fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication team for events.
• Work part-time (~25-30 hours/week) in a remote capacity.
• Engage with a mission-driven team focused on social impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals and securing significant gifts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a portfolio.
• Willingness to travel (~50%) for donor meetings.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
