Manager, APAC & EMEA Accounting - Remote

Overview

As Manager, APAC & EMEA Accounting, you’ll be a key member of the leadership team responsible for leading, developing, and driving the accounting and financial reporting activities.

In Short

• Contribute to planning and coordination of accounting and reporting operations.
• Responsible for month-end closing process and account analysis.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regulatory reporting and tax compliance.
• Stay current on FASB, AICPA, and SEC guidance.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Resolve accounting questions and adopt new standards.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement in accounting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional accounting degree (CA/CPA) required.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles.
• Experience managing teams of accounting professionals.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proven track record managing remote teams.
