• Serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees across union and non-union populations.
• Provide expert guidance on performance management and employee relations.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare trend analyses.
• Ensure compliance in policies across all business units.
• Design and deliver HR-related training programs.
• Provide coaching and career development support.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters.
• Lead new hire orientation for a positive onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field.
• Six years of professional human resource administration experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Advanced skills in employee relations and performance management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
