Overview

The Client Success Manager will play a crucial role in managing client onboardings and providing support to ensure high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage new managed service and SecureBlu onboardings.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with support offerings.
  • Monitor service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
  • Provide reports on key performance indicators.
  • Address client inquiries and coordinate resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate notes on all client interactions.
  • Assist in transitioning customers from onboarding to support.
  • Ensure customer records are complete and accurate.
  • Develop customized communication plans for events.

Requirements

  • BS degree and IT certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery and Customer Service.
  • Strong knowledge of IT including workstations, servers, and networking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with high learning aptitude.
  • Ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong team and client focus.
