Client Success Manager - Remote

Overview

The Client Success Manager will serve as the go-to enablement resource for our financial institution clients and their small to mid-sized business partners, responsible for identifying needs, building enablement strategies, and executing comprehensive training solutions to empower partners and drive success.

• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for financial institutions and their SMB customers.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of training or client education experience in a B2B or fintech environment.
• 3+ years of sales or sales support experience.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• High level of organization and self-motivation.
• Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives.
• 2+ years in the banking or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with consultative sales techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
