Overview

The Clinical Study Manager will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful research outcomes.

Develop study protocols, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Manage clinical trial sites and monitor performance.
Oversee data collection and ensure data quality.
Identify and mitigate potential study risks.
Provide clinical expertise and support for the IpsiHand system.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced research environment.

Requirements

3-5 years experience in the medical device industry.
Licensed Doctorate of Occupational Therapy preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
Experience in clinical research and post-stroke rehabilitation preferred.
