Overview

As a Solution Architect at NeuraFlash, you will play a crucial role in bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by collaborating with customers to understand their business needs and designing effective solutions.

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years project experience in a hands-on position.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
• Understanding of customer service and contact center operations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
• Experience building Custom Applications and using Salesforce tools.
• Understanding of Release Management and Development Lifecycle.
• Client facing experience in Pre-Sales Activities and Project Management.
