In Short

• Act as a thought leader for customers and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Drive innovation in solution delivery capabilities.
• Provide executive level Business Consulting and Pre-Sales support.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on consulting and pre-sales activities.
• Advise customers on solution tradeoffs for cost/benefit analysis.
• Contribute to NeuraFlash at a leadership level.
• Acquire and maintain DocuSign Certifications.
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects.
• Be a NeuraFlash evangelist in the Docusign Community.

Requirements

• 8+ implementations experience of Ironclad or DocuSign.
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Ironclad or DocuSign.
• 5+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on Ironclad or DocuSign platforms.
• 3+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
• Experience in all phases of services delivery and software development.
• Expert at project delivery and program management.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Demonstrated track record of writing SOWs and negotiating contracts.
• Expert business operations experience.
• Background in Operations, Legal, and Contracting.
