Salesforce Consultant - Remote

Overview

NeuraFlash is looking for a talented Salesforce Consultant to join our growing Service Cloud practice! You will bring Salesforce project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA and launch their solutions.

In Short

• Work with customers to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Architect and build implementations of Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning
• Configure Salesforce Solutions using point and click tools
• Leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
• Partner with AI team to create innovative Salesforce solutions
• Acquire new technical expertise and mentor the team

Requirements

• 2+ years project experience in a hands-on position
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• Understanding of Customer Service and Field Service Business Operations
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
• Experience building Custom Applications and using Salesforce tools
• Understanding of Release Management and Development Lifecycle
• Client Facing Experience in Pre-Sales Activities and Project Management
