We are now looking for more members for our Salesforce team who want to combine strategic consulting and technical implementation to optimize our clients' business processes.

In Short

• Work on solution design and implementation of Salesforce projects, including new features and optimization of existing solutions.
• Implement and configure Salesforce applications, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Automate processes with tools like Salesforce Flow Builder and other low-code solutions.
• Lead workshops and requirements gathering with clients.
• Advise on how Salesforce can be used to create business value.
• Participate in projects with new technologies like Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with Salesforce, including requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds: Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Competence in Salesforce configuration, especially Flow Builder and low-code automation.
• Experience with new technologies, such as Generative AI and integration solutions.
• Knowledge in requirements gathering, project management, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to act as an advisor, understand client needs, and translate them into value-creating solutions.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
