Overview

The Sr. Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for the development and administration of the employee relations program, policies and procedures and employee advocacy within a healthcare company.

• Strong judgment and confidentiality adherence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) preferred.
