The Product Adoption SMEs at Netskope are responsible for leading activities for their respective product areas, focusing on data security products.

In Short

• Act as subject matter experts for specific product areas.
• Define best practices based on new features and capabilities.
• Provide technical assistance for customer success teams.
• Enable frontline teams through webinars and training sessions.
• Create and maintain content for customer engagement.
• Advise on feature design and conduct UX reviews.
• Participate in customer engagements and webinars.

• Train customer success teams on evolving best practices.
• Evaluate and improve available documentation for solutions.

Requirements

• Experience as a solution architect or similar roles.
• Track record of driving product adoption.
• Knowledge of the broader threat landscape.
• Expertise in data protection areas like DLP and DSPM.
• Experience with cloud computing architecture.
• Familiarity with public cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of security architecture and design.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
