Requirements

• Proven success in delivering AI/ML-driven SaaS products.
• Ability to collaborate with Data Science teams.
• Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with customer service platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
