DevOps Technical Lead - Remote

Overview

NetImpact Strategies is seeking an experienced DevOps Technical Lead with expertise in the .NET stack and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations support, a deep understanding of DevOps practices, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers. This role requires a Public Trust clearance, emphasizing the importance of reliability, integrity, and security in our operations.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of DevOps engineers.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS.
• Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure.
• Provide advanced support for application and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and government regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement in DevOps processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Proven experience with the .NET stack and AWS services.
• Strong background in operations support and incident management.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Expertise in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
