IT Project Manager - Remote

Overview

NetImpact Strategies is seeking an experienced Application Development Project Manager to lead and coordinate the efforts of our custom application development team, responsible for developing and maintaining custom business applications.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate application development projects.
• Define and document functional and technical requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies and monitor development progress.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables meet performance standards.
• Coordinate testing activities and post-deployment support.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status.
• Provide guidance to developers and testers.
• Manage go-live schedules and deployment checklists.
• Work with geographically distributed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software/application development projects.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies.
• Strong project planning and risk management skills.
• Ability to communicate with Senior Level stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft platforms, ServiceNow, and AWS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Background in regulated IT environments is a plus.
