We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Business Product Marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in tradeshow customer experiences, web-based projects, product packaging, and more. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive mindset, excellent task-tracking abilities, and strong critical thinking skills with experience in B2B marketing.

In Short

• Plan and execute details for tradeshows and events worldwide.
• Create and maintain tickets (Jira) for non-NPI based requests.
• Oversee the development of business product packaging.
• Generate and monitor purchase orders.
• Organize and lead the distribution of promotional giveaways.
• Coordinate the creation and dissemination of digital marketing assets.
• Assist the sales team with demo units and materials.
• Travel up to 25% for tradeshows and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in issue-tracking software and purchase order systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Must be fluent in English.
