As a Partner on the Talent Intelligence team at Netflix, you will utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide market research, competitive intelligence, and labor market insights that inform the Talent organization’s strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR strategy, consulting, or finance.
