Overview

Netflix is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Security Data Engineering team, ensuring the security of member data and technology infrastructure while fostering a data-driven security organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong programming skills in at least one major language and SQL.
• Experience with distributed data processing technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• MS or BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Experience in a large-scale, consumer-facing company.
• Understanding of security's impact on business.
