Overview

As an Engineering Manager in the Security Services Group at Coinbase, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building and operationalizing key security controls and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developing scalable systems.
• 4+ years managing a team of engineers.
• Experience in developing in Go, Ruby, Python, and React.
• Familiarity with security best practices.
• Comfortable working independently with stakeholders.
