Abnormal AI is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Data Security team. The Data Security team’s mission is to safeguard the entire lifecycle of Abnormal AI’s customer data through robust Security and Privacy standards and data governance platform solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of product development leadership experience.
• Interest in Security and Privacy problem space.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance team productivity.
• Ability to build a large team with a clear vision.
• Passion for coaching and growing team talents.
• BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
