Overview

The Partner Enablement Manager will support and educate Internet Service Provider (ISP) partners, ensuring a seamless and effective partnership experience while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance processes and tools.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for ISP partners.
  • Support partners from onboarding to ongoing maintenance.

  • Communicate effectively in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (bonus).
  • Understand internet technology concepts relevant to ISPs.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Willingness to work across time zones to support global partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical support, network engineering, or partner management.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on outstanding partner experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; professional working fluency in Portuguese required.
  • Solid understanding of internet technology concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments.
  • Strong technical and business judgment.
  • High-level organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or JIRA (bonus).
