Associate Manager, Post Production - Unscripted - Remote

Overview

Netflix is seeking an Associate Manager for Post Production to join the UCAN Unscripted Post Production Team in Los Angeles, responsible for overseeing nonfiction titles produced by external companies.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day post production tasks for nonfiction titles.
• Act as a key contact for internal and external partners.
• Track and organize post information and workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding of team members to new projects.
• Support post managers in reviewing schedules and budgets.
• Manage publicity and marketing requests.
• Update internal databases with relevant project information.
• Set up creative approval sessions and legal clearance reviews.
• Attend post events and represent Netflix professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of nonfiction post production experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for unscripted content.
• Knowledge of UHD/4K, Dolby Vision/HDR, and Dolby Atmos.
• Familiarity with professional-grade camera formats and post production tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and budgeting software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize tasks.
• Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn.
• Team player in a fast-paced setting.
