Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in an analytical role within Tech, Finance, or Management Consulting preferred.
  • Experience in a startup/scale-up environment is a bonus.
  • Experience in credit cards, lending, payments, or fintech is a bonus.
  • Strong numerical analysis skills, ideally with Excel and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work at speed and handle pressure.
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bias for action and quick iteration based on feedback.
  • Strong collaboration skills across various business areas.
