Overview

LeadVenture is growing, and we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will ignite and manage rapid revenue growth in our dealer sales efforts. This position will be fast paced, with heavy emphasis on commitment to high call volume, prospecting, and customer feedback. You will act as the first source for sales and business development between potential new clients and vendors. We are looking for motivated and hungry candidates fueled by the desire to succeed, ready to get both feet wet in a sales setting, and continue our revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Lead generation/cold calling experience
  • Associates degree preferred (But not required)
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of to a Territory Manager.
  • Able to excel in a high-volume work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners.
  • Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.
