Overview

The Tutor Operations Specialist supports applicants, updates our catalog of sessions, supports our customer success team, and assigns tutors, all while working in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Support Tutor Applicants and Tutor Onboarding.
• Update Digital Inventory of Institutional Sessions and Courses.
• Assign Tutors to Tutoring Sessions.
• Support Institutional and Course Schedule Changes.
• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, email, or video.
• Conduct data entry and manage inventory.
• Partner with parents to assess student needs.
• Audit tutoring sessions for compliance.
• Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Full-time position with evening and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Level B2 English proficiency.
• Experience with data entry and fulfillment processes.
• Experience with Google, Slack, Twilio, and Zendesk preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High-speed Internet access required.
• Quiet work environment necessary.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn business practices quickly.
