Tutor Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Tutor Operations Specialist supports applicants, updates our catalog of sessions, supports our customer success team, and assigns tutors, all while working from home.

In Short

• Support Tutor Applicants and Tutor Onboarding
• Update Digital Inventory of Institutional Sessions and Courses
• Assign Tutors to Tutoring Sessions
• Support Institutional and Course Schedule Changes
• Engage with clients to discuss placement requirements
• Perform data entry and manage course participants
• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, email, and video
• Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Must be adaptable and detail-oriented
• Full-time commitment required

Requirements

• Level B2 English proficiency
• Experience with data entry and fulfillment processes
• Familiarity with Google, Slack, Twilio, and Zendesk preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High-speed Internet access required
• Quiet work environment necessary
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn business practices quickly
• Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
