The Director of Customer Success will drive our customer success efforts, focusing on clients leveraging our Data, AI, and Cloud Services. This individual will be responsible for building and managing a world-class customer success team that drives adoption, retention, and expansion of our offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in customer success or program management.
  • 5+ years of experience with Data, AI, and Cloud Services.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira.
  • Strong leadership skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering value.
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Public Sector experience and GCP Certifications are a plus.
