Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist/Lead with strong B2B experience to support marketing technology and operations initiatives. The role involves hands-on work across a variety of Martech platforms, optimizing marketing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient campaign execution and data-driven decision-making.

• Manage and optimize marketing operations processes, including forms, lead flows, and pipeline efficiency.
• Conduct audits of existing Martech setups and recommend improvements.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot GTM, GA4, CRM platforms, Webflow, ETL tools, analytics, consent, and chat tools.
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into marketing performance.
• Recommend, evaluate, and implement Martech tools that support B2B marketing programs.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and marketers to align operations with campaign goals.
• Participate in client discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Clearly communicate dependencies and the interconnectedness of marketing operations with other business functions.
