NeoWork is seeking a Thumbnail Designer to create high-performing thumbnails for podcasts and short-form content. Thumbnails are one of the most critical growth drivers, helping content stand out and drive engagement across platforms.

In Short

• This is a freelance, part-time remote role with consistent weekly volume and long-term opportunity.
• Design 15–20 thumbnails per week for long-form podcast episodes.
• Create attention-grabbing visuals optimized for YouTube.
• Match brand identity across multiple shows.
• Design 30–50+ thumbnails per week for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create scroll-stopping cover images.
• Build and maintain show-specific thumbnail templates.
• Ensure consistent branding across episodes.
• Test different thumbnail concepts and styles.
• Provide same-day revisions when needed.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing thumbnail design work.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
