Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized IT Manager to join our team and support a US-based client. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage IT operations across hardware, software, user support, and security. You will ensure system efficiency, compliance, and a seamless IT experience for all users.

In Short

• Monitor ticket completion and follow up with users and team leads.
• Pre-configure devices for new users and track device assignments.
• Administer software licenses including MS 365 and Adobe.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for users.
• Review risky users and conduct periodic user access reviews.
• Assign training and monitor compliance with security protocols.
• Collaborate with the Data team on IT-related projects.
