IT Manager - Remote

Overview

The IT Manager at Ivy Hospitality is responsible for overseeing the development, procurement, and operation of Information Technology systems throughout the organization. This role requires interaction with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, often managing multiple moving project parts simultaneously.

In Short

• Define, lead, and monitor technology, procure resources, and communicate progress and results to leadership.
• Manage technology vendor relationships including selection, integration, daily operation, and billing.
• Develop recommendations and implement new hardware and software based on organization needs.
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
• Identify and implement technological solutions to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Oversee Cybersecurity and PCI Compliance company wide.
• Work closely with all business units to translate their requirements into technological solutions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of computing and networking hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 knowledge preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer systems and equipment problems.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networks, and related hardware and software.
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment, handling and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Ability to interface with technical and non-technical audiences as well as stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
