NeoGenomics is seeking a motivated Platform Analyst to join our remote team, focusing on process improvement and systematic solutions to enhance patient care.

In Short

• Remote position with Monday – Friday day shift.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Health Information Management preferred.
• Experience with design proposals, wireframes, and UML diagrams.
• Knowledge of software development design patterns and relational databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to document processes accurately.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Natural curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams.
• Occasional travel may be required.
