NeoGenomics is seeking a Lead, Billing Reimbursement who is motivated to assist in daily oversight and direction of billing operations to help the company grow.

In Short

• Full-time remote position
• Leads and trains billing team
• Collaborates with management on billing productivity
• Identifies and resolves billing issues

• Researches and compiles billing data
• Develops and monitors quality assurance practices
• Maintains month-end objectives and metrics
• Assists with departmental operations and improvements
• Responsible for maintaining billing system worklists

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, Associate's preferred
• 3 years of experience in billing or healthcare
• Knowledge of billing practices and CPT coding
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to write reports and business correspondence
