Overview

The Sales Director at Neocol is responsible for driving sales success in the subscription economy, working closely with the Salesforce channel and managing the sales process from lead to closure.

  • Execute Closed-Won Bookings & Sales Process Management.
  • Lead the commercial sales cycle.
  • Deliver presentations to C-Level executives.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Develop a plan to meet sales quotas.
  • Proactively manage close plans and forecasts.
  • Work with marketing to promote customer success stories.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 5+ years of consulting selling experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in co-selling with Salesforce.
  • Strong reporting and territory management skills.
