Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineering Manager to lead our ASEAN & India sales engineering team. This role is crucial for driving the technical sales strategy, managing a team of sales engineers, and working closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales engineering.
  • 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the database or enterprise software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
