Overview

A leading manufacturer of industrial safety solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive explosive revenue growth across the Central Midwest (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, and Oklahoma). This is a high-performance, high-reward role for a sales closer who can sell premium, value-engineered products to major players in Food & Beverage, Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Automotive.

  • Close big deals and exceed aggressive sales quotas.
  • Sell on value, articulating why premium solutions deliver superior ROI.
  • Operate like the CEO of your region, hunting and prospecting.
  • Secure product specifications and lock in high-value project wins.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering specifiers and decision-makers.
  • Expand relationships within the partner ecosystem.
  • Performance-driven role with significant earnings upside.
  • Travel 50–75% to meet clients and close deals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of smashing quotas in a hunter-style role.
  • 10+ years selling manufactured or engineered products.
  • 5+ years selling into capital projects.
  • Expert prospector with the ability to identify decision-makers.
  • Competitive and comfortable in high-stakes sales environments.
  • Experience selling into Food & Beverage, Industrial Manufacturing, Automotive, or Aerospace is a plus.
  • Ability to sell premium solutions.
