In Short

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles in the UK.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards and referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
• Maintain and update the ATS for tracking performance.
• Support the creation of hiring materials and collateral.
• Contribute to an inclusive and compliant hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clinical leadership.

• Drive recruitment strategies in a tech-enabled environment.
• Be proactive and self-sufficient in recruitment tasks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience recruiting GPs, Nurses, HCAs, or similar roles.
• Strong delivery focus in sourcing and closing candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple roles.
• Strong communication skills for engagement with clinical professionals.
• Self-driven and proactive approach to work.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and improvement.
