Join our new team in Munich-East from home office (nationwide in Germany)! We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d) to support our growth in the area of Industrial Plant Design Services (IPP) – specialization: plant construction, 3D modeling, laser scanning, database solutions, and digital engineering processes.

In Short

• Support in the sales of our digital engineering and software solutions in plant construction
• Presentation of 3D modeling, laser scanning, and database solutions to clients
• Assisting in the creation of quotes, presentations, and sales materials
• Building and maintaining a sales pipeline and managing customer data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Participation in customer meetings, conferences, and trade fairs for lead generation
• Close collaboration with sales and engineering teams

Requirements

• Degree or training in mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, computer science, or comparable
• Initial knowledge of 3D modeling (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) is an advantage
• Interest in laser scanning, engineering databases, and digitalization in plant construction
• Initial experience in sales, customer contact, or project management is advantageous
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital engineering solutions
• Team player, initiative, and strong communication skills
• Good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region
