Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for the success of complex digitalization programs such as smart factories and industrial AI. They will manage a portfolio of interconnected projects from ideation to delivery, collaborating with business, IT, and suppliers.

• Client/supplier negotiation skills.
• Portfolio management experience.
• Ability to simplify technical topics (e.g., generative AI).
• Master's degree (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering).
• 8+ years in IT program management in industry (automotive, energy, pharma).
• Experience with vendors is a plus.
• Professional English is mandatory.
