Problem Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Problem and Capacity Analyst role is a varied and exciting role that ensures the day-to-day Problem and Capacity Management process activities are delivered to meet the needs of the business.

In Short

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide Problem and Capacity Management support to NEC and customers.
• Minimize adverse impacts of incidents and problems on the business.
• Follow documented Problem & Capacity Management processes.
• Support multiple contracts and liaise with support teams.
• Create Problems & Known Errors as per the process.
• Conduct proactive and reactive incident analysis.
• Coordinate action plans for root cause analysis.
• Update Knowledge Base with workarounds and known errors.
• Attend customer meetings as required.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible in approach.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience using service management logging tools.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
