Overview

As the Startup Community Lead at Nebius, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-impact engagement strategy to connect with AI startups and key ecosystem players.

In Short

• Build and strengthen ecosystem relationships with key players in the startup ecosystem.
• Develop and scale startup engagement programs to attract and support high-growth AI startups.
• Drive high-impact events and activations for founders.
• Generate and nurture a startup pipeline in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor and optimize success metrics for engagement strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to leverage community insights for product improvement.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience within the startup ecosystem.
• Proven track record in building and scaling startup programs.
• Established network in the AI community and startup landscape.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Ability to develop scalable go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure and cloud computing.
