Caldera is seeking a 'superconnector' Community Lead to nurture a vibrant ecosystem within the Ethereum community, bridging the core team with community members and fostering meaningful engagement.

In Short

• Be the voice of Caldera in front of the community on Discord, X, and Telegram.
• Scale community management efforts through ambassador programs.
• Organize and coordinate online community events.
• Identify and track community KPIs.
• Work with the Marketing team to build a cohesive brand.
• Stay updated on crypto topics and trends.
• Advocate for community feedback to the core team.

Requirements

• Deeply immersed in crypto culture.
• Experience building/managing a large crypto/web3 community.
• Understanding of Discord, X, and Telegram.
• Experience managing a decentralized team.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Creative and ambitious personality.
• Strong English communication skills.
