In Short

  • Oversee recruitment events and university engagement.
  • Organise and coordinate office events and team activities.
  • Maintain a welcoming office environment.
  • Assist in graduate recruitment efforts.
  • Handle administrative tasks like invoicing and budget management.
  • Support global team initiatives related to employee experience.
  • Manage event communications and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate merchandise selection and orders.
  • Assist with ad hoc HR and office tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event coordination is required.
  • Self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
  • Collaborative attitude and passion for impactful events.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Suite or MS Office.
  • Keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving.
