• Deliver IT support for remote operations including laptops and network services.
• Manage inventory and configuration of remote infrastructure kits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations for remote environments.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure systems.
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies.
• Ability to influence and coach others.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel extensively.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization in the USA.
